On 12/21/11, California Attorney General Kamala Harris sent letters to the leadership of the State Senate and Assembly and to interested parties generally regarding postponing issuance of new "non-binding guidelines [that] will not solve the problems with the state's medical marijuana law" and "urging the California Legislature to amend the law to establish clear rules governing access to medical marijuana."AG Harris' election was widely supported by the medical marijuana community and we need her proactive help in defending our rights!!
